Remember the good ol’ days when PC monitors were square-shaped? Well, they are back with Eizo’s new line-up of square monitors in 19 and 21 inch sizes. The three monitors are ideal for offices, Eizo says.
Eizo releases square monitors
Eizo’s three new Flexscan monitors come in 4:3 and 5:4 aspect ratio in 21 and 19 inch sizes, respectively. Eizo has created the monitors to counter the trend towards widescreen monitors that are not necessarily the best solution for office use.

The monitors use LED backlights that ensure low power consumption. Eizo has also integrated its ambient light sensor and a “Paper mode” for reading. A sRGB profile is implemented and the monitors also comply with the stringent energy, environment, and ergonomics standards.
