The high resolution in a 23.8-inch panel is optimized for use with the latest Mac OS X or Windows 8, both of which are capable of running in HiDPI mode.

It has a matte black industrial design with tilt, height, swivel, and pivot adjustments. It can be connected to a PC via 2xDisplayPort, HDMI or 2xDVI. It also offers integrated speakers and an USB hub for connecting devices such as cameras and hard drives.

NEC EA2444UHD will be available shortly in the US and Europe for $1349 and Ł1295, respectively.
