does anyone know exactly what "Contrast Direct Full Array 16X" refers to?
I note other sets/sizes having different ratings i.e. 8X/ 10X etc.
I'm assuming it's zone numbers but since they never post these...?
Our understanding is that it refers to peak brightness (compared to a standard TV). Samsung has stopped providing nits specs for peak brightness.

So 16X is probably 250 nits x16 = 4000 nits.
8X is 2000 nits

Samsung previously touted the 2018 Q900R as being capable of outputting 4000 nits.
