Hi,

I'm currently looking at which OLED to buy.
I use plex alot in my daily viewing and was wondering if there is a clear winner on this regard between android TV and webOS.
In particular between philips POS models and LG's oleds.

I'm having trouble finding specific info about this aspect of the individual tvs.

Android TV is far from perfect but for Kodi and playback of local media it is, in my opinion, a far better platform than webOS, which is more polished but less flexible.

However, you could always connect the Nvidia Shield or a cheaper Android TV based box.
