Does all VA panel have very slight Scanlines?

I got an aoc c24g1 yesterday, and noticed something was wrong, there was some very clear horizontal lines, that were especially noticable on gray/white backgrounds. I returned it and got a new one. This one is much, and I mean MUCH better, but I can still see xvideos xnxx xxx them if I try to focus on it. Not noticeable at all normally, but they're there. Is this just a VA thing? 95% of people would not even be able to notice them I think, I just tend to notice things like these. Thanks in advance.
