If you're still not getting YouTube in 4K on Apple TV 4K, try resetting the YouTube app.
PS: Remember that 4K works up to 30fps only. 60fps will play at 1440p on Apple TV 4K. And HDR doesn't work: YouTube 4K rolling out now to Apple TV 4K
