Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

If somebody could guide me to the righ direction about break in and calibration
on my Panasonic TX-P42G10E plasma TV.

I would like to know if i should worry about the so called burn in effect on this model, or
it is resistent to that.
Or should i burni in my TV with those series of coloured pictures for 100-150 hours before use it.

If you have this type of TV dear friend, please let me know what did you do regarding the above things.
