Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

Hi to all, some years ago I bought a ColorVision Spyder2 to calibrate my monitor. Now I want to buy a lcd tv and I would like to know if there is a a new "spyder" that could be useful tu calibrate both monitor and tv.

Someone could tell me what I did wrong that nobody answer at a simple question like: Is there a spyder to calibrate my tv lcd and my monitor pc?
