It has a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and might be the first 27â€ť IPS panel on the market.<br /><br />The new 27â€ť inch panel from LG Display incorporates a 120 Hz technology. The 120 Hz technology allows the panel to refresh 120 times every second – double the times of conventional 60 Hz LCD PC monitor panels.<br />LG has not confirmed if it is an interpolation technology like the one used in LCD-TVs.<br /><br /><p align=center><img class="imgresponsive" src=pictures/lgphilips.jpg><br><i>LG Display</i></p><br />The panel has a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels but no other specs have been released so far.<br /><br />LG Display is the LCD panel manufacturers of the IPS panel ideal for graphics works. They also manufacture TN panel.<br />LG Display have not confirmed that the new 27â€ť inch panel is a IPS and it could be a TN panel. Samsung is the only panel manufacturer to have a 27â€ť inch LCD panel on the market at the moment.
