See our <a href=/ces2009fair.php><b>huge CES 2009 section</b></a>.<br /><br />Chinese TV manufacturer Hisense will offer wireless HDTV products based on AMIMON's WHDI Technology.<br /><br />AMIMON and Hisense, China have announced that they have joined forces to offer Wireless HDTVs powered by AMIMON's WHDI technology – at the beginning only in China. AMIMON's WHDI technology enables wireless delivery of uncompressed HDTV throughout the home with less than one millisecond latency in uncompressed quality.<br /><br />- <i>"We have evaluated several wireless technologies and have found AMIMON's technology to be the only one with the maturity and robustness required for consumer products"</i> said Dr. Teiji Okamoto, vice general manager at Hisense. <br /><i>"The robustness and quality of AMIMON's solution make it the ideal choice for wireless HDTV connections within the room and throughout the home."</i><br /><br /><p align=center><img class="imgresponsive" src=pictures/hisenselcdtv.jpg alt="Hisense LCD-TV"><br><i>Hisense LCD-TV</i></p><br />- <i>"With over 100,000 chipset sold in 2008 and Wireless HDTVs and video accessories based on AMIMON's technology already shipping in Europe, Japan and the United States by leading Consumer Electronics brands, AMIMON's technology has emerged as the technology of choice for wireless HDTV"</i> said Shimon Greenberg, AMIMON's vice president of sales. <br /><i>"We are pleased to be working with Hisense to expand AMIMON's technology global footprint to China's fast growing market."</i><br /><br />No further words on Hisense new products. Hisense also sells products in some European countries as well as in the US.
