LG has exhibited the worlds largest 3DTV with a 3840x2160 resolution (4Kx2K) on the SID 2010 technology fair in Seattle. The impressive 3DTV is 84 inches large.<br /><br /><h3>84-inch 3DTV</h3>LG has exhibited a huge TV on the SID electronics fair in Seattle, USA. The 84-inch large TV also displays 3D with the help of 3D glasses.<br /><br /><p align=center><a id="thumb" href="pictures/lg3dtv84-1l.jpg" class="highslide" rel="highslide"><img class="imgresponsive" src="pictures/lg3dtv84-1.jpg" alt="Canon SED" title="Click to enlarge" /></a><br><i>LG 84-inch 3DTV with 3840x2160 resolution</i></p><br />The 3DTV utilizes an impressive 3840x2160 resolution that is four times higher than Full HD (1920x1080). According to LG this improves 3D detailing on such a large screen.<br /><br />The 3DTV has been manufactured for exhibition purposes and will not be available for consumers right now. <br />LG will be releasing the <a href=http://www.flatpanelshd.com/news.php?subaction=showfull&id=1270455341 target=_blank><b>LX9500 3D range soon</b></a>.<br /><br /><h3>Other LG 3D technologies</h3>LG also exhibits a 47-inch 3D LCD-TV that uses the passive polarized glasses.<br />The new panel is said to reduce crosstalk to less than 1 percent according to LG, which is almost invisible to the human eye.<br /><br />Finally, LG has exhibited a 47-inch no-glasses 3DTV that uses a liquid lens to eliminate the need for 3D glasses. All 3DTVs planning for the consumer market right now need 3D glasses.
