Some time ago we talked about Google's new <a href=http://www.flatpanelshd.com/news.php?subaction=showfull&id=1274712979 target=_blank><b>Google TV project</b></a>. Google TV intends to bring the Internet and TV together in an interactive way, so you can access all the content from the Internet on your living room TV. <br /><br />Google has now released a new video showing how Google TV works in practice.<br /><br /><h3>How Google TV works</h3>In essence, Google TV is a Internet solution for the living room. It’s not an actual flat panel TV but a device that can be integrated in a flat panel TV or bought as a separate box.<br /><br /><p align=center><a id="thumb" href="pictures/googletv-2l.jpg" class="highslide" rel="highslide"><img class="imgresponsive" src="pictures/googletv-2.jpg" alt=”How Google TV works" title="Click to Enlarge" /></a><br><i>Google TV </i></p><br />Google TV is trying to combine the Internet and the TV in a meaningful way, while also giving the users access to functionality such as recording, searching across channels and Internet, a real Internet browser, and much more.<br /><br />Google has released a new video on how Google TV works. The video is about two minutes long and I recommend that you take a look.<br /><p align=center><object width="480" height="291"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/vS0la9SmqWA&hl=da_DK&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/vS0la9SmqWA&hl=da_DK&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="291"></embed></object></p><br />For more information about Google TV, se our previous <a href=http://www.flatpanelshd.com/news.php?subaction=showfull&id=1274712979 target=_blank><b>article here</b></a>. Google TV will be released in the US later this year and in Europe in 2011.
