At IFA 2010 LG exhibited their LEX9 model that should be the new flagship when it arrives. The model is still only a prototype, but with its 72inches LG says that this is the world's largest 3D LED model. LEX9 will be available in 2011.

LG LEX9 in 2011
At IFA 2010 LG launched LEX8, which we’ll give you some impressions on later, but the LEX9 model was also exhibited. This model is still a prototype but according to LG LEX9 will hit the market sometime in 2011 in up to 72 inches.
The prototype on IFA is 72 inches large but not very slim (3-4 centimeters). LG says that LEX9 will be almost as slim as the LEX8 and will probably be based on the Nano-LED technology to provide excellent picture quality in an extremely slim design.
The Nano technology is described as “an extremely thin film printed with minuscule dots positioned in front of a full array of LEDs disperses light more evenly and effectively across the screen”. It also allows local dimming.
LG has mentioned these technical specifications but please keep in mind that these can change before the actual launch in 2011
Full HD 3D
400/480 Hz technology
NetCast (Internet), DLNA, USB
Wireless AV Link
LG LEX9 will reveal more about LEX9 in 2011. I am pretty sure that we’ll hear more about LEX9 at CES 2011 in January 2011. Until then, check out the new LG LEX8 model.
