US based Vizio has announced a range of new TVs for 2011 and one of the most anticipated TVs is the 65-inch model with “passive 3D” – often referred to as 3D for the masses. Passive 3D is what you know from movie cinemas, utilizing the very cheap and light-wight 3D glasses.
The TV called XVT3D650SV is Vizio’s largest 3DTV and it offers Edge LED backlight, 120 Hz, Bluetooth, 5 HDMI ports, Wi-Fi, and a QWERTY keyboard for the range of internet Apps found in the TV. Vizio has also included 4 pairs of polarized 3D glasses.
Vizio XVT3D650SV has now been priced and is up for pre-order in the US. It’s also available in 55-inches. LG has also announced passive 3D models in 2011 that we should receive for testing soon.
