Asus' new 24-inch PA246Q monitor is now available in stores. It uses a P-IPS panel with 98 % AdobeRGB color gamut support and is targeted at graphic design.

Asus has released a new monitor for graphic and photographic work. It’s called PA246Q and features a 24-inch P-IPS panel with wide gamut and 98 % AdobeRGB coverage,

Asus also mentions a 6 ms response time, 400 cd/m2 brightness, 50.000 dynamic contrast ratio, tilt / swivel stand, USB hub and a 7-in-1 card reader. The resolution is 1920x1200 in 16:10 aspect ratio and connectivity includes DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort and D-SUB (VGA).

Asus PA246Q is in stores now at around $500 US dollars.
