Sony has started to ship their 2011 flat panel TVs and most of the low-end and mid-end models are now available, inluding the mid-end EX520 and EX720 ranges.

Sony has some interesting new TVs ready for 2011 and the first of them are now shipping out to consumers. Including the successor to the popular EX500 model from 2010, now called EX520 and the slightly more expensive EX720 model.

In 2011 Sony will focus on Bravia Internet, 3D and picture quality. The Bravia Internet platform has been extended to also include other Smart TV features such as smartphone connectivity and remote access. 3D has also been incorporated into cheaper models.
