Philips introduces new 22-24" monitors in Moda range

Philips has announced two new PC monitors in the Moda design range. The 22 and 24 inch monitors come with slim design, an aluminum base and 2 HDMI inputs.

Philips 248C3 and 228C3

The two new Philips monitors are called 248C3 (24”) and 228C3 (22”) and both come with 2 HDMI ports that enables users to connect PCs, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles and other devices. The monitors feature Full HD (1920x1080) resolution and a 2 ms response time.

Philips has aimed to create a chic and functional design. The stand is made from aluminum and has a tilt function. The monitors are also very slim due to the Edge LED backlight.

Philips highlights a SmartTxt function that increases contrast and sharpness to provide a more “gentle reading experience” – although we highly doubt that fact. Both monitors come with TN panel. The full spec list is available below.

Pricing and availability

Philips 248C3 and 228C3 will be available in stores in few weeks with suggested retail prices of £169 and £199.
