Philips’ NET TV platform has a new video-on-demand service. Philips has inked a deal to bring Videociety's movie rental App, that offers all movies in HD, to Philips' 2010 and 2011 NET TVs in Germany or Austria.<br /><br /><h3>Videocity on Philips NET TVs</h3>Philips has announced a new movie rental partner for their 2010 and 2011 NET TVs.
