FlatpanelsHD has received Philips’ new inexpensive 23-inch IPS monitor. Philips hopes to challenge the cheap, inferior TN based monitors with this IPS monitor.

Philips Blade 2 received

Philips 239C4QHSB – or Blade 2 – uses a 23-inch IPS panel with Full HD resolution and 6 ms (g2g) response time. It is extremely slim, measuring just 12.5 mm, due to the edge LED backlighting solution.
