An extended feature is the TouchPad that acts as an on-screen mouse that controls a cursor over on the TV screen. A MiniHome section in the app allows users to access TV apps with a few actions, and an on-screen keyboard is also available.

The Magic app also functions as a TouchPad

The most significant new feature is the MiniTV function that enables users to stream TV channels from the TV screen onto a smartphone or tablet screen with the app installed. It obviously requires both devices to be on the same home network and LG says that MiniTV is also available on dual-core Smart TVs (LM9600 and LM8600)

LG’s Magic app can be downloaded for Apple iOS here and for Google Android here.
