Remember the date. On October 16, Netflix will reveal all the details about their latest adventure into the Nordic countries. Netflix CEO, Reed Hastings, will be present at the launch event to share the plans.

Netflix is already the world’s largest video streaming service but has even bigger plans to expand to the Nordics. On the 16th of October Netflix will reveal all the details. When the actual Netflix service is going online in the Nordics has not been confirmed yet.

Netflix CEO Reed Hastings will arrive in Copenhagen with Ted Sarandos, responsible for the content, and Neil Hunt, responsible for the apps and the Netflix experience on the different platforms and media boxes.

FlatpanelsHD has confirmed the date and the press will be invited. The 3-man team will reveal more about content, platform support, and possibly pricing details and the final release date.
