The folks at Samsung have confirmed that they plan to unveil an 85-inch Ultra HD (4K) TV at CES 2013 in Las Vegas, besting LG, Sony and Toshibaâ€™s 84-inch TVs. Samsungâ€™s TV will be the worldâ€™s largest Ultra HD TV.<br /><br /><h3>8 million pixels on a 85-inch panel</h3>We have already told you about <a href=http://www.flatpanelshd.com/news.php?subaction=showfull&id=1352122216><b>Samsungâ€™s CES 2013 plans</b></a> but news about the 85-inch Ultra HD TV comes from Samsungâ€™s own PR division. Just recently <a href=http://www.flatpanelshd.com/news.php?subaction=showfull&id=1350889726><b>Ultra HD</b></a> was adopted as the official label for 4K resolution. An Ultra HD TV has more than 8 million pixels and should provide amazing picture detailing.<br /><br />No other details have been shared by Samsung but we look forward to hearing – and seeing – more at CES 2013.
