At CES, Sharp unveiled its 2013 TV line-up for USA. Sharp will introduce new 8, 7 and 6 series TVs with Smart TV and Quattron panels. The 8 series will feature a new Super Bright technology for higher contrast and better daytime picture quality. Sharp continues to sell the current 90-inch model in 2013.

Sharp’s 2013 TVs
Sharp has unveiled its 2013 TVs and some of the highlights include a new Smart TV platform built on a dual-core processor and integrated WiFi. Sharp calls it SmartCentral and it offers a built-in web-browser, and new interactive features.


Sharp’s new 2013 8 series TV

Sharp’s new 7 and 8 series will include Quattron technology and the 9 series will also include “Super Bright technology” which “combines an intelligent contrast engine with a 50 percent higher brightness panel to create Sharp’s brightest picture with more contrast”.


Sharp’s new 2013 7 series TV

Sharp’s current 90-inch TV will continue into 2013. Sharp boasts its energy efficiency that allows it to run for only $28 per year.


Sharp’s 90-inch LC70LE745U will continue into 2013

Sharp will also release Ultra HD TVs.
