Vizio actually talked about Ultra HD TVs at
CES back in January, but nothing has been announced since CES. Vizio is now expected to launch a series of Ultra HD TVs in Q1 2014.
Vizio expected to release 4K TVs in Q1 2014
Vizio promised to bring their first Ultra HD TVs to the market in the third quarter of 2013, but time is running out. Instead Vizio is expected to launch an 84-inch Ultra HD TV by the end of 2013, according to Digitimes.

Vizio is also expected to launch a series of smaller Ultra HD TVs in the first quarter of 2014, including a 65-inch version with a panel from AUO who also produces panels for Sony’s 4K TVs. Smaller Ultra HD TVs could also arrive, according to the source.
Vizio usually aims for mass market prices, and Ultra HD TVs from the US-based manufacturer could put pressure on Ultra HD TV prices. If the rumor is true we expect to see Vizio’s new Ultra HD TVs announced at CES 2014 this January.
