For the first time, Sony has added PS4 games, including Killzone and God of War 3, to its game streaming service PlayStation Now. The library now includes over 500 games.
PS4 games on PS Now
PlayStation Now is Sony’s game streaming service – think Netflix for games. With a subscription you can stream all included games over your internet connection to a PS4 or Windows PC.
The streaming service now includes PS4 games for the first time.
- “I’m excited to announce that as of today, the PlayStation Now library includes PS4 games! This lineup is just the start, as we’ll add more PS4 games in the coming months alongside our regular monthly content drops,” said Brian Dunn Senior Marketing Manager, PlayStation Now.
PS4 titles include Killzone Shadow Fall, God of War 3, and Saints Row 4. The company says the library now includes over 500 games, of which 20 PS4 titles, that are all accessible with the $9.99/month intro offer subscription plan (or $99.99 per year).
With the addition of PS4 games to PS Now, you can now play select PS4 games on a PC. This is possible because PS Now is available on PS4 as well as Windows PCs. The service used to be available on a wide range of devices but Sony recently pulled support for most devices, including Sony TVs, Samsung TVs, and PS3.
Sony offers a 7-day free trial for you to try PlayStation Now before committing.
