Like LG's 2019 OLED TVs, Sony's new A9G and A8G OLED TVs will remain tied to the premium segment this year - although less expensive than last year's models. The OLED TVs will be available in 55 to 77-inch sizes.

A 2019 Sony OLED TV is starting at $2500 for a 55-inch A8G model, while the 65-inch version is priced at $3500. The more feature-packed A9G, which adds support for Dolby Atmos and HDMI eARC, will be priced at $3500, $4500, and $8000 in 55, 65, and 77-inch sizes, respectively. The OLED TVs will be available in May, except for the 77-inch A9G that will be available in June.

Z9G is starting at $13000 for a 85-inch model, while the 98-inch will carry a crazy $70000 price tag. The company also announced pricing details for its mid-range X850G and X800G models.
