Twitch, today owned by Amazon, has grown to become wildly popular on many devices but Amazon has for years shunned Apple TV. Perhaps as a result of the two companies' truce, Twitch is now heading to Apple's TV platform.
Twitch is available in public beta for Apple TV, letting you tune in to live streams, eSports tournaments, and more. After a period of public beta testing, the app will be released publicly to everyone.

The app features live streaming, recorded game sessions, on-screen chat, your favorite channels, recommendations, and more.
Last year, Twitch boasted over 15 million daily users. It competes with other game-focused services such as Google's YouTube Gaming and Microsoft's Mixer.
