21 Jun 2021 | Rasmus Larsen |

TCL is bringing Roku TVs to the UK for the first time. The first models will feature either HD or 4K resolution and range in sizes from 32 to 65 inches.

TCL and Roku

In addition to its Android TVs, TCL will offer Roku TVs in the UK. These are mid-range models without the latest technologies but with access to a deep catalog of apps including Amazon, Apple TV app, Disney, Netflix, BBC iPlayer, and ITV Hub. Roku's TV platform receives regular updates. It supports Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It also features Apple AirPlay 2 and HomeKit. - "TCL Roku TV models are powered by the Roku OS offering consumers simplicity, choice and incredible value. The Roku OS offers consumers an always current smart TV experience, it is not without reason that the Roku OS is the #1 selling smart TV OS in the US and Canada," said Arthur van Rest, VP International at Roku. Hisense was the first TV brand to introduce Roku TVs in the UK back in November 2019.
