With UBR-X110 Reavon has launched the successor to UBR-X100. In addition to UHD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD, DVD Audio and CDs, it now supports SACD for music.
Reavon UBR-X110
French company Reavon launched its first two UHD Blu-ray players in early 2021, the UBR-X100 and UBR-X200. Only the flagship X200 supported SACD at that time.
The new UBR-X110 is the successor to UBR-X100. The big news is support for SACD (Super Audio CD) and while it is only relevant to music, some buyers seek a universal player that can spin their entire disc collection.
- "As a universal disc player, the UBR-X110 can play various optical discs including the latest disc format Ultra HD Blu-ray which has four times the resolution of 1080p Full HD, as well as Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, DVD, DVD Audio, SACD, CD and music, video and audio files such as FLAC, AIFF, DFF, DSF, JPG, TIFF, MKV and M2TS. The UBR-X110 can also play your audio and video contents from an external drive via USB or DLNA," the company said.

Other than that UBR-X110 is more or less identical to its predecessor. It has dual HDMI output, one for video/audio and one for audio only. It also has optical and coaxial but be aware that the latest audio formats are not supported over these interfaces.
The Reavon UBR-X110 is available now in Europe starting at around 850 Euro from retailers such as HDL.
