LG Display will be able to significantly reduce the production costs of large-sized OLED panels when its new 10.5-generation factory comes online. The project has been postponed multiple times and the 10.5G factory is reportedly expected to open in 2025 at the earliest. LG Display is currently producing all OLED TV panels at its two 8.5G factories in Paju, South Korea, and Guangzhou, China, respectively. These panels go into OLED TVs from around 20 brands including Bang & Olufsen, Changhong, Grundig, Hisense, Konka, Metz, LG Electronics, Loewe, Panasonic, Philips (TP Vision), Skyworth, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba, Vizio, and Xiaomi.
