Disney+ launches $2 / £2 / €2 per month campaign ahead of price hike

08 Sep 2023 | Rasmus Larsen |

Disney+ will get more expensive in the US in October and in Europe in November but you still have time to lock in the annual price for another year. Disney+ is also running a $2 / £2 / €2 campaign.

The price increase was announced in August and in many European countries Disney+ subscribers will be facing significant changes, with two new Disney+ subscription plans in addition to the current one that will be renamed to Disney+ Premium.

In the US, Disney+ Premium will rise to $14/month in October while it will rise to £10.99/month and €11.99/month in the UK and most Euro regions.

It is part of the company's plan to make Disney+ profitable.

Lock in your annual price

Before the price increase sets in, you can lock in your annual price at $109.99, £79.90 or €89,90 for another year by signing up for the annual plan here. If you still have a monthly subscription, you must cancel it first. If you already have an annual subscription that is due to renew after the date of the price increase, you cannot lock in your existing price. Disney+ is also running a campaign until September 20 that lets you sign up to Disney+ for 3 months for $2 / £2 / €2 per month.
