Why 24fps is not enough for HDR movies

I have read many of you reviews of you top plasma, mainly the PK950, C8000, and VT25. In all the reviews you mention that phosphor trailing has been reduced and is minimal. Would it be possible for you the say which Plasma has the least amount?

This will help me immensely in deciding which one to get.
