Samsung recently reported a delay of their OLED technology and says that we probably have to wait another 4-5 years. LG is optimistic, though, and according to their roadmap, they will introduce a 15-inch OLED in 2 months a 32" OLED TV in 2011.
It is the Taiwanese media DigiTimes that have talked to LG and gained insight into their future plans and OLED roadmap. According to this roadmap LG will probably launch a 15-inch OLED screen later this year and a 32 inch OLED TV by 2011.

The 15-inch OLED TV will allegedly cost 2.1 times more than an equivalent LCD TV, which does not seem overwhelming.

The OLED technology seems to accelerate within the next few years. It has also been rumored that Sony wants to present an OLED TV that is larger than their current XEL-1 on IFA 2009 in Berlin in September. The model will supposedly be called XEL-2.
It has also been mentioned that LG plans to launch its flexible OLED display that was demonstrated at CES 2009 in Las Vegas back in January. See picture below.
