Sony exhibited a 24.5-inch OLED-TV at CES 2010 that can do 3D, too. In this article we take a look at the OLED-TV with more pictures and video.
25-inch 3D OLED TV from Sony
Sony has their 11-inch OLED-TV on the market now called XEL-1.
With the jump from Sony's current 11-inch OLED-TV to 24.5-inches it’s certainly starting to look interesting.

The new OLED-TV from Sony displays both 2D and 3D. Sony exhibited that product at CES 2010 in Las Vegas, and even though it’s still a prototype picture quality was phenomenal.
With 25-inch OLED-TVs we’re closer to living room size OLED-TVs. The TV has a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and Sony says that black levels, viewing angles and a response time is far superior to current plasma and LCD-TVs.

3D on OLED
The 25-inch prototype also supported 3D like the coming LCD-TVs and plasma-TVs. If you want to enjoy 3D pictures on the OLED-TV from Sony you need active 3D shutter glasses.
Sony also says that they consider the OLED technology ideal for 3D because of its low response time. Sony actually regard OLEDs as the best technology for 3D and Samsung has said something similar in a previous interview.
Sony has not yet revealed when we can expect the 25-inch OLED-TV in stores.
