Samsung BD-C6900 has just been released and this is the player that can complement your new Samsung 3DTV.
BD-C6900 is Samsung's first 3D Blu-ray player and here we take a look at the model that we used for testing on the Samsung C8000 model.

Samsung's first 3D Blu-ray player is called BD-C6900, and it naturally also handles 2D and DVDs. Here a quick look at one of the first 3D Blu-ray players on the market.

The player is built in glossy black plastic just like most of the Samsung LCD and plasma-TVs.

The player is very streamlined and has few distracting object on the front. The Blu-ray tray is hidden behind a small front on the left side.

On the right Samsung has placed a rubber piece and behind it there’s a USB port you can connect a USB key or USB hard drive. One might argue that a better position for the USB port would be on the back of the player. Especially if you want to connect a USB hard drive permanently.

On the back of the player we found a HDMI output, and a LAN port for Internet connectivity. BD-C6900 also has built-in Wi-Fi. It also has an optical audio output and 7.1 analogue audio outputs. Finally, it has some different analogue audio and picture plugs, including component.
There is no digital coaxial audio output.
