Dell has released a new 23-inch monitor with LED backlight in their Professional range. It’s called P2311H and is available now.

Dell has presented a new monitor called P2311H. It’s 23-inches large and has a Full HD 1920x1080 resolution in 16:9 aspect ratio.

P2311H uses a LED backlight that reduces energy consumption considerably. Dell also mentions a 1000:1 contrast ratio (static) and 170/160 viewing angles. It uses a TN panel.
The design is a typical Dell design in matte plastic. P2311H also allows the users to tilt, height and swivel the monitor because of the flexible stand. The stand also has a pivot feature. Dell has incorporated DVI and D-Sub (VGA) inputs.

Normally the word Professional would suggest that we were talking about one of the IPS Dell monitors but P2311H has a TN panel. It’s still cin the Professional range because it is targeted at offices needing an all-round monitor with low energy consumption and attractive ergonomics features.
