Although not officially announced a new 65-inch TV by American based Vizio has been detailed on Vizio’s website. It’s called XVT3D650SV and will support passive 3D in order to give users cheaper 3D glasses.

Vizio have success in the US with their flat panel TVs. Now Vizio wants to release a new 3DTV that utilizes the passive 3D system. The passive 3D system has a lower 3D resolution but supports the much cheaper passive 3D glasses used by most 3D cinemas today.

XVT3D650SV is based on a 65-inch LCD panel with Edge LED backlight. The TV also has a 1920x1080 resolution, 120 Hz, 6 HDMI inputs, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Vizio’s Internet Apps.

Vizio says that 4 pairs of polarized 3D glasses are included with the TV. Unlike the $100-150 priced active 3D glasses, passive polarized 3D glasses often cost around $10-30.
