Sony talked a lot about 3D at CES 2011. They even exhibited some prototypes of future products and technologies such as the Sony 3D helmet and a glasses-free 3D OLED-TV to be released later this year on the B2B market.
Sony 3D OLED TV
Sony was the first manufacturer to introduce an OLED-TV with their tiny 11-inch XEL-1. Now Sony has showcased a 24.5-inch OLED-TV with 3D but without the need for 3D glasses.

The OLED panel has a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, but in the 3D mode resolution is lower. Sony did not reveal much information about the technology used but similar to other glasses-free 3D prototypes, you need to look at the panel from the right angle to see a 3D image.
