It seems that LG has extended their Infinia design from TVs to monitors with DM50D and with an elegant black frame and elegant stand DM50D is ready to smarten up your desktop.
DM50D will be available in different size classes and all variants are equipped with Cinema 3D panels. Cinema 3D is LG’s term for passive 3D that relies on the much cheaper polarized 3D glasses that you know from movie cinemas. No words on other specifications right not but we are guessing that DM50D is based on TN panels.

Passive 3D systems reduce 3D resolution a bit but the advantages include; flicker-free glasses, no batteries, no eye-strain and no crosstalk.
The LG DM50D will be released in Europe in July, with other markets to follow. The price has not been disclosed.
