LG DM50D, DM80D & D42P with Cinema 3D

At IFA 2011 in Berlin LG has announced three new Cinema 3D screens called DM50D, DM80D and D42P; two with built-in TV tuners and the latter as a PC monitor.

Thanks to the built-in speakers and digital TV tuners in DM50D and DM80D users can enjoy a range of applications – including HD channels

With USB Quick View HD Play users can also playback video and enjoy music and images from external USB drives USB hard drives - without using a computer. 


LG DM80D

LG D42P is PC monitor without digital TV tuners and speakers, but with the same Cinema 3D functionality. LED has also been incorporated to reduce power consumption on the D42P monitors more than 40 % compared to non-LED monitors.

Comfortable 3D glasses
The polarized 3D glasses used for Cinema 3D products are the same that most movie theaters use. They are light, comfortable and do not require batteries. Furthermore, the glasses are fully compatible with LG’s other Cinema 3D products such as Cinema 3D TVs.

All the new models come with Full HD resolution and HDMI 1.4 input to enable 3D watching and gaming from gaming consoles, Blu-ray players and PCs.
