The Slingplayer app allows you to watch your own TV channels on a Boxee Box no matter where it is located – it just needs an internet connection. The App is 100 % free, unlike the Slingbox Apps for tablets and smartphones. All you need to do is download the free App and use your Slingbox login to get started.
To use the Slingplayer you need either the Slingbox Solo or the Slingbox Pro-HD as well as a 2 Mbit/s internet connection, or higher. And then you obviously need the Boxee Box. Learn more about the SlingPlayer app at www.slingbox.com.
