Korean LG has announced a new, improved glasses-free 3D monitor with better 3D picture quality. LG claims that they have improved 3D picture quality on the 3D panel by improving the eye-tracking camera system.

The monitor can convert 2D games into 3D with the integrated 2D-to-3D technology but for the best 3D effect users should aim for real 3D games or 3D movies.
The glasses-free 3D panel uses a parallax barrier technology that is optimized with an eye-tracking camera.
LG DX2500 will be available in Asia, Europe and USA in early 2012. LG mentions a price tag of 1.3 million won, which equals 1556 US dollars.
