The Apple HDTV rumors keep coming. Sources in Japan now say that Apple is interested in launching 3 variants from 32 to 55 inches in late 2012. The TV is said to feature the A6 chip, a "combination of OLED display," and "Super HD".
Apple TV in 32-55 inches
Steve Jobs started the HDTV talk in the Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson by saying “I’d like to create an integrated television set that is completely easy to use. It would be seamlessly synced with all of your devices and with iCloud. No longer would users have to fiddle with complex remotes for DVD players and cable channels. It will have the simplest user interface you could imagine. I finally cracked it.”

Japanese sources, involved in the development, now join the party by stating that Apple wants to introduce three TV variants from 32 to 55 inches. The intermediate size class is not specified but it is probably a 40 or 46 inch variant.
The sources also indicate that Apple will use their upcoming A6 processor that handles Full HD resolution unlike the A5 in the small black Apple TV box. According to the same report the 55-inch variant will use a "combination of OLED display," and "Super HD" TV technology by LG.
Lastly, the sources claim that the TV will use Apple’s Siri voice control assistant. Siri has been one of the often-mentioned features of the coming Apple HDTV. You can find more articles about the upcoming Apple HDTV here.
