Vizio announced new 21:9 Cinemawide TVs and Google TV boxes at CES 2012, but the US-based company also introduced 9 new TVs in the E, R and M ranges, with features such as LED, Theater 3D, internet Apps and much more.
Vizio’s 2012 TV line-up
The new E series line-up includes inexpensive models from 32 to 47 inches with Theater 3D (passive 3D with polarized 3D glasses) and Vizio’s Internet Apps platform.

Vizio M series TVs
The M series line-up includes 47, 55 and 65 inch TVs – the largest with Google TV built in (called V.I.A. Plus). The two 47 and 55 inch M series models include Vizio’s Internet Apps (V.I.A) platform with access to Hulu Plus, Netflix, Pandora, Vudu, as well as access to Yahoo!’s Connected TV platform with 180 apps. All three variants offer Theater 3D and Vizio’s Razor LED system that is basically an edge LED implementation with limited local dimming at the sides.

Vizio R series TVs
The R series models include 47, 55 and 65 inch TVs. The two smaller variants utilize Vizio’s TruLED system that is a direct LED system with full local dimming. The 65-inch model uses Razor LED. All three models also offer the Theater 3D system with 4 glasses included in the box.
Shipping date and pricing details have not been disclosed yet.
