Acer has announced a range of new monitors for the US market. Acer is bringing the S235HL that recently won an IF Product Design Award to the market, along with new 20-27-inch monitors.
New 20-27” Acer monitors
Acer’s 23-inch S235HL recently won a design award for its asymmetrical and minimalistic design. The monitor is now coming to the US with a 1920x1080 pixel resolution, TN panel, edge LED backlight and 2 HDMI inputs (along with one VGA, but no DVI).

Besides the S245HL, Acer is introducing four new LCD monitors from 20 to 27 inches. The 20-inch S2000HL comes with a TN panel, 1600x900 pixel resolution, 5 ms response time and both DVI and VGA. Two variants of the S230HL will also become available with 1920x1080 TN panels, DVI, VGA and a similar asymmetrical stand. The “Abii” variant of S230HL also offers one HDMI input.
Acer S271HL
Lastly, Acer mentions the 27-inch S271HL monitor with 1920x1080 pixel resolution, 5 ms response time, and DVI/VGA/HDMI ports.
