Loewe has unveiled a new member of their Connect series. Connect ID is a customizable TV with 2160 different design variations. It also comes with comprehensive Smart TV functionality and 3D capabilities.

German Loewe has officially unveiled new Connect TVs ranging from 32 to 46 inches. The Connect line has traditionally focused on internet and network functionality but Loewe has now extended it with a customizable design solution.

The user can choose from 12 different color combinations and 30 different base solutions. The three sizes (32, 40 and 46 inches) also come with or without an integrated 500 GB hard disc recorder, dubbed DR+.

Connectivity is a central element of the new Connect ID series. With Loewe MediaNet users can access different web services, and if you buy the model with integrated hard drive you can also watch recorded shows on other Loewe TVs in your house. You can even pause a TV show on the living room TV, and continue to enjoy the show from the bed room with Loewe’s “follow me” function. Everything is controlled either via Loewe’s physical remote control or the iPad app.

The technical specifications sheet mentions 200 Hz, active 3D, Edge LED backlighting and DVB-T/C/S2 tuners for the European market. The 40 and 46 inch variants also come with an enhanced speaker system.
