Hitachi is still in the TV game, although not one of the frontrunners. They obviously hope to change that with the latest line of UltraVision TVs.

W806 is the new high-end range. It comes in 48 and 55 inch sizes with Smart TV features, 3D, built-in WiFi and IPTV connectivity. It has a high gloss piano design.
S606 is a mid-end model and one of the first to support Roku’s HDMI stick via the MHL-enabled HDMI input. The Roku stick is not included. Besides that S606 uses a 120 hz panel with edge LED backlighting.
Hitachi has also announced the three S406, H306 and H316 value TV ranges, as well as two soundbars called HSB32B26 ($149) and HSB40B16 ($199) with Bluetooth support.
Hitachi’s UltraVision TV line-up is coming to stores in the US soon.
