Sony's HX950 flagship TV in stores

Sony's new flagship TV, HX950, was unveiled at IFA in September and it has now started to become available in storesthroughout USA and Europe. HX950 comes in 55 and 65 inch sizes with LED local dimming, 3D and Sony Entertainment Network.
Sony HX950 in stores now
Sony's new HX950 flagship replaces the current HX92x model with a new design and new features. The TV is still based on the Monolithic design philosophy with a screen that is cut from one glass piece but the rounded base – dubbed “Loop” – is new.
Sony HX955 is now available in stores
Inside the TV has a backlit LED system with local dimming that enables Sony to control light output in zones, allowing the TV to improve black depth. The picture processor is Sony’s X-Reality PRO and the TV also supports active 3D technology. All Sony’s multimedia features such as Sony Entertainment Network and DLNA are also available.
