AOC has announced a range of new monitors for 2013, including a 24-inch 120 Hz monitor for gaming, a 29-inch monitor in the 21:9 format and new IPS monitors.

The first highlight from AOC’s 2013 line-up is the 29-inch 21:9 format monitor. It is based on an IPS panel with a 2560x1080 pixel resolution. The monitor is obviously designed specifically for movie watching due to the wider “cinema” format. Look for the q2963Pm if you are interested.

AOC’s new 24-inch 120 Hz monitor is based on an ultra-fast TN panel for discerning gamers. The monitor uses a 1920x1080 pixel resolution and boasts a response time of just 1 millisecond. It also comes with USB ports and inputs options such as DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort and D-SUB (VGA). The 120 Hz monitor is called g2460Pqu.

A new monitor with MHL that enables you to connect an Android smartphone has also been announced. The monitor is part of the myPlay line and uses a 27-inhc IPS panel with Full HD. It’s called i2757Fm.
Lastly, AOC has announced two new IPS monitors. The first one is the i2360Phu targeted for office use. It has a 23-inch IPS panel and good ergonomic adjustability. The second one is called i2396Vm and is a cheap 23” IPS monitor for consumers. It also comes with MHL.
The new monitors will be exhibited at CeBIT 2013 in Hannover this March.
