Dell releases P2414H & P2714H with IPS panels

Dell has released new monitors in the P series. Unlike earlier years, the four new monitors ranging from 21.5 to 27 inch sizes will feature IPS panels. The new monitors are available from Dell now.

Dell has replaced the inferior TN panels with AH-IPS panels in its P series of monitors, making the new P monitors far more interesting for PC users. The monitors are aimed at office and semi-professional work with photographs and graphics.


Dell P2714H

Four monitors will be available with almost identical specifications. All of them come with 1920x1080 pixel resolution, 8 ms (g2g) response time and edge LED backlight that reduces power consumption. All of the monitors feature 1 DVI, 1 DisplayPort, and 1 D-SUB (VGA), as well as three USB ports. They also offer tilt, height, swivel and pivot adjustments, and can be wall-mounted.

The P2214H (21.5"), P2314H (23"), P2414H (24"), and P2714H (27") monitors are available now from Dell USA, and are coming to European stores very soon.
